Big Time Rush Big Time Rush, an American pop-punk band, was founded in 2009. The group consists of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. They first signed with Nick Records in 2009. Then, Columbia Records transferred them to their new label. The group was featured in Nickelodeon's television series Big Time Rush. From November 28, 2009 to July 25, 2013, the show aired. The pilot episode featured the group’s debut promo single, "Big Time Rush". The group has released three studio albums: BTR in 2010, Elevate in 2011 and 24/Seven in 2013. In 2014, the band took an indefinite break that ran until 2021.
