Aisha Hinds, an American actress who is best known for playing roles in the television series The Shield and True Blood. In the years since her debut she has demonstrated her ability to perform on series such as Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. Anna's character as a character in Assault on Precinct 13 was her first big breakthrough. But it was her portrayal of feminist campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor. Hind was also recognized for her role played in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's historical drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television have renewed the third season of 9-1-1. Hind completed filming recently for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. It is due for release mid-2019. Her birthplace was in Mangalore, in India. His father Krishnaraj was an Army scientist before his death on March 18, 2017. Mother Vrinda works at home. Aditya Rai, her older brother is a merchant marine engineer. Bachchan's older brother and his mother produced Dil Ka Rishta. Bachchan went to Arya Vidya Mandir High School in Mumbai where her family had relocated. She finished her secondary education in Jai Hind College for a year before enrolling at D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. The college scored 91% on her H.S.C. exams. She was a classical music student and dance for 5 years throughout her teenage years. She loved the study of zoology. Bachchan studied Architecture when she was crowned Miss World. She was catapulted into modeling's highest rung by winning the title. The year 2003 was the time she was offered lucrative jobs with PepsiCo Inc. as well as Vogue magazine. She also signed a contract as an L'Oreal Paris spokesmodel. In 1997, she played two celebrated roles: Iruvar and Aur pyaar hogaia. Both films defied the basic form that was prevalent in Bollywood movies at the time, which pushed Bachchan into the front of her own New Bollywood. Bachchan was made the king of Bollywood because of her heartbreaking portrayal in the role of Paro the character of a jilted love in Devdas (2002) which is one of the most well-known Bollywood movies. Devdas also happened to become the first Bollywood film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. Following that she received high praise for her role as Chokher Bali (2003) which is a dramatic thriller inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's story. In the following year, she was named the first Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan played in Gurinder Chedha's Bride and Prejudice. This musical and ballet adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is directed by Gurinder. Bachchan has been able to add her stunning beauty and glam to her debut major English film. The actress returned to Bollywood for the smash Dhoom: 2 (2006) prior to releasing Provoked: A True Story (2006) in English. In April 2007 she married Abhishek Bachchan a frequent co-star as well as the daughter of Bollywood legendary Amitabh Bachchan in a marriage which brought together two of India's greatest personalities.
